Welcome to Second Hand Swag Society. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.

General By using this site, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Products All items are preloved and secondhand unless explicitly marked as NWT (new with tags) or NWOT (new without tags). Items are sold as-is and descriptions are provided to the best of our ability. Colors may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings.

Pricing & Payment All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Shipping Orders are processed and shipped within our stated handling time. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

All Sales Final We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for full details.
